We do not offer any Financial advice- we simply invite people to purchase properties with us.
When you are ready to purchase a share, you will enter into a Shareholders agreement with us, sign the CK2 Documents and deposit your funds into the Lawyer's Trust account.
The Lawyers will Manage the Funds and make the necessary payments once the Properties have been Transferred.
The CLUB Management manage the processes.
