PROPERTY CLUB INVESTOR PROCEDURES

1. Complete the Online registration form - Your Information is treated highly confidentially and will not be disclosed to, or shared with anyone. When you complete any of our online forms the information is sent directly to our Main pc and only one person, Mr. Kearney,  has access to this information.

2. Clearly Indicate:
a) Whether you Are a Cash Investor or whether you would like to raise a Bond to Buy shares. If you need to raise Finance please start to prepare the Bank Requirements immediately (see Bond Application requirements below).
b) The amount you wish to Invest
c) The amount of Unencumbered Cash you currently have available

3. Study the Shareholder Agreement. You need to sign this agreement when the transaction is finalized.

4. Cash Investors must pay their funds into the Lawyers' Trust account by a certain date. This information will be disclosed to you in advance.

5. Clearly Indicate the property you would like to Invest into. The properties are listed with a Coding "PC  "

6. We will then make arrangements for you to view the property.

7. You will then need to confirm your intention to purchase Shares.

8. We will then forward you the Final proposal containing the Cost Breakdowns.

Bond Application requirements

If you need to secure a loan to Invest in a property then either of the following applies and the information will be needed to assist you to raise money from a Financial Institution:

Salaried Investors: Pay slip and last 3 month Bank Statements

Self Employed/Business Owners:
Last 3 years AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
12 Months Bank Statements
Auditors letter to confirm Income
Income Projection next 12 months

Please Note: If you are married In Community of property, the information will also be required from your Wife/Husband!
