with a Coding "PC " 6. We will then make arrangements for
you to view the property. 7. You will then need to confirm your
intention to purchase Shares. 8. We will then forward you the Final

Bond Application requirements If you need to secure a loan to Invest in a property then
either of the following applies and the information will be needed to assist
you to raise money from a Financial Institution: Salaried Investors:
Pay slip and last 3 month Bank Statements Self Employed/Business Owners: Please Note: If you are married In Community of property, the
information will also be required from your Wife/Husband!
